Our Story

We are the Village that supports you being the amazing person you are. In Polynesia, there is a saying "It takes a Village to raise a child." Here at The Village HI, it literally "Takes One To Raise One." As much as we embrace family, everyone's definition of what family is can alter. Some may identify with immediate family, sports teams, church, the gym or something else. Regardless of who you consider your Village, "It Takes One to Raise One." We know that being happy doesn't always equate with success and that being successful doesn't always equate with happiness either. It's okay if this isn't your path right now; it's okay if you feel like there's not enough time in the day for everything in life. This is what The Village is for: it gives you space to enjoy life however you want while offering resources for those times when it's difficult because someone else has expectations for success on your behalf but doesn't always meet those expectations themselves (or isn't able).
